Wintergreen Landscape Studio developed a Master Plan and Site Design for a 16 acre mountain-top estate. A series of level terraces have been sculpted into the hillside, creating occupiable areas directly adjacent to the home. These terraces feature a number of amenities, such as gardens, a play lawn, a dining patio and an infinity-edge pool. The larger property design incorporates native plant systems, to maximize ecological benefit and minimize maintenance needs.
